This Certificate states that Joseph Sher has been found to have a working knowledge of Mens’s tailoring and that the Certificate was issued to the proper immigration authorities. ORTORT: (Organization for Rehabilitation through Training), an international organization for developing skilled trades and agriculture among Jews.
